I am glad to communicate that this year our event will be a joint event with the Okinawa Institute of Science and Technology, the event will likely be during the lunch break of Febraury 16th (I am still collecting pre-registrations, and depending on the interest we may add a networking session in the evening).
The event will have two invited speakers, Prof. Luscombe, from OIST and Moeko Suzuki, from Startup Lady Japan, followed by a networking session. The details are currently being finalized. I hope I can get back to you soon with a detailed program.
Please tell your friends, colleagues and students about the event!
